artworks-ai (Artworks & Aesthetics Inside) sells minimalist posters printed on premium textured paper, canvas paintings with geometric illustrations, and frames made from local wood. All products are handmade in Romania, and descriptions include exact details about dimensions, materials, and UV color resistance. We do not offer interior design consulting or digital image customization services.
The buyer has the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with Romanian legislation on distance selling. Returned products must be in their original condition, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the received product is defective or different from the order.
artworks-ai assumes no liability for any damage caused by improper installation of the paintings (e.g., using unsuitable mounting systems) or prolonged exposure to excessive humidity. UV-resistant colors are guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase, under normal indoor lighting conditions. In the event of justified claims, our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
We reserve the right to restrict access to the site or cancel orders if we detect fraudulent activities, violations of the terms of use, or attempts to manipulate prices. In such cases, you will be notified by email, and any payments already made will be fully refunded, except in cases of proven fraud.
